This initiative will provide a much-needed holiday meal to more than 300 individuals across Cape Cod during the holiday season. It represents a meaningful community giveback made possible through a collaborative partnership with the Cape Cod Senior Resource Group and Elder Services, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting older adults and those in need throughout our region.
Meals can be picked up at the following locations: Bridges by Epoch at Mashpee, Laurentide at Mashpee Commons, Freestyle Living (Yarmouth), The Victorian Broad Reach Healthcare (Chatham), and The Terraces Orleans.
